Excellent experience at HOUSE Automotive Pasadena. Scott and Andy were knowledgeable, courteous, and communicated clearly. They listened to my concerns, verified modification work done elsewhere, changed the oil and air filters, saved used oil for analysis, and checked the electrical system after battery conversion issues—all at a fair price. Appointment was delayed several days due to volume, and they could not reset the oil service indicator (Porsche PPN/SFD not yet available to independents). Those were the only issues. Very satisfied. Will return and recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about Andy and Scott! Their customer service, professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail are truly exceptional. Best customer service experience ever! From the start, Andy was extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Response time and communication was exceptional. Andy provided thorough information on the inspection and what needed to be done for my 911. Cost of repair was by far, the best quote I received. At the end, this was the first time I felt peace of mind driving out of a shop. HOUSE Automotive of Pasadena has a customer for life!

America’s tires don’t have proper lifts for my car so they couldn’t replace my tires despite me buying tires from them… which is a big disappointment and hassle. Worked with House Automotive a few times in the past on my Porsches, texted the owner to see if they could do it for me since they are very close by. They made the exception and took me in! Despite their policy of only working on Porsches. The techs were really careful and patient, and used the right mounting points on the car etc. I am surprised it took this long to replace 4 tires on cars like mine! Quality work and u know it’s done right. They don’t charge exotic tax too, if u know what i mean, reputable reliable business definitely an asset to car enthusiasts in the Pasadena area. Highly recommended!

Second visit to HOUSE and they've earned a customer for life. Nothing was broken — just wanted to stay ahead of maintenance with a brake and transmission service. Andy had it done fast and at a great price. Since I wasn't in a rush to pick up, I added an oil pan weld for a slow leak and got even better bundle pricing. Picked it up that weekend washed and detailed. The service, transparency, and communication here are unmatched. I can't go anywhere else. A+ job — thank you Andy and Greg!
